An invitation to slow down.
This 90-minute practice weaves together yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to gently guide you back into balance. Created in honour of Banff Mental Health Week, this experience offers a dedicated space to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with your body, your breath, and a deeper sense of ease.
Expect soft movement, grounding breath, and soothing soundscapes designed to calm the nervous system and support deep, restorative rest. Together, we’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and rest fully - creating space for the body and mind to soften, recalibrate, and restore.
Open and accessible to all levels of practice.
