Forest Bathing

Improvement District 9
Rooted in the practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest therapy) this 90-minute guided experience invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature through simple, sensory-based invitations. Among the Trees, we create space for stillness, curiosity and a deeper connection to the forest and to yourself. Guests often describe leaving a session with mental clarity, physical ease, and emotional grounding. This practice can benefit participants by fostering a lasting sense of calm and connection to the wild and to themselves. Dress for changing mountain weather in comfortable layers and sturdy footwear. Please bring water, a small backpack for personal gear, and something to sit on (a mat or extra layer) if you'd like added comfort. An optional notebook is welcome for reflections and we will close with a forest tea circle where tea will be provided.
